SuperVision – a class by itself
Unlike most post Desert Storm Gen I, Gen II or Gen III image intensified night vision devices that have been adopted for law enforcement, SuperVision has been built from the ground up, especially designed for police and agents and their special requirements in an increasing dangerous urban environment. While there are plenty of night vision and thermal imaging products on the market, only SuperVision is so unique that it’s in a class by itself.

Dauphin County Drug Task Force “The unit that we evaluated at the Steelton Police Department was used for several recent narcotic investigations. The unit performed awesome. I was using it on surveillance in the evening hours at an apartment complex that was very poorly lit. The apartment street lighting was spaced far apart and no lighting was near the suspects entry which was about 40 feet away from the street. The evening was cloudy and very little natural light was available. With the naked eye, I was unable to observe anything from my position of surveillance in a vehicle positioned about 40 or 50 yards from the target location. This investigation required the police to be able to see the suspect come and go from the front door of the residence without being too close that the investigation would be compromised.

I then used the SuperVision and was stunned. I could not believe how the front door of the residence was now in perfect sight which I was not able to determine with my naked eye. With my naked eye I was not even able to see that multiple doorways existed. Now with the SuperVision in use I was able to see the suspect, observe the exact doorway that was being used by the suspect, the number on the doorway and vehicle registrations that were associated with this residence. This was all done from inside my undercover vehicle. This is definitely a valuable tool for law enforcement.”

US Forest Service “Outstanding product! We purchased a SuperVision for our night operations in and around large marijuana grow sites deep in the mountains of northern CA. On one particular night another agent and I were on LP/OP assignments approximately 250 yards from a known "drop" location. My partner was equipped with a typical Gen 3 green light scope and I with my SuperVision. As the targets approached, I was able, with the zoom capabilities, to capture all the activities taking place to include bundle exchanges where my partner could only see "ants on the hillside". I looked through his green light scope just for comparison sake and saw exactly that, "ants on a hillside". Without SuperVision, we would have missed a 60 pound narcotics exchange, the subsequent arrest of 4 individuals and the seizure of 2 firearms. Thank you very much for your product and excellent customer service!”

Fort Worth Police Dept. “The guys are having a blast with the SuperVision unit. We have set up watching dope houses and then knocked down the cars as they leave. SuperVision has enabled us to see hand to hand transactions and get really good descriptions on the actors.

The other night, after a car pursuit, the passenger hid in a heavily wooded area. One of my guys was on the perimeter and when the search team flushed him out, he was able to see the actor sneaking out under the concealment (or so he thought) of darkness. He was apprehended in an under the roadway tunnel by my team member. This particular bad guy was on our 10 most wanted list and had evaded our officers 7 previous times - once earlier in the same day.

The unit has definitely made our job easier and more productive. I appreciate the officer safety factor that the unit brings to the table. The zoom enables me to position officers at positions that offer more cover, distance, and control than Gen 3 night vision. Of course, the safety of my officers is paramount and I worry less when I can keep them in a tactically advantageous position.”

Wayne Police Dept. “An excellent alternative/option to standard night vision in developed/urban areas where surrounding street lights can be problematic to surveillance operations. Allows you to see far more than the naked eye.”

Clearcreek Police Dept. “Easy to use, lightweight, and durable unit that’s affordable enough to equip our whole fleet.”

Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office
“My officers rave about its clarity. During T/E, used to make 4 felony drug arrests!!”

Madison County Sheriff’s Office “Through my testing of SuperVision I believe SuperVision would be an excellent tool for law enforcement and would recommend it to anyone.”

Comal County Sheriff’s Office “Found SuperVision to be very useful for patrol applications. Much better than other NVG pieces that I have tested of the same and slightly lower price range. Durable!”

Gardena Police Dept. “Much clearer than conventional devices.”

US Marshals Service (Atlantic City) “Far more versatile especially during surveillance ops in urban areas. System allows user to see into dark areas that fall beyond light sources such as street lights.”

Ridgecrest Police Dept. “We used SuperVision during nighttime narcotics buys. The clarity with which SuperVision provided us was second to none. SuperVision assisted us in locating a suspect hiding in a car over 50 ft. away who had fired a gun in the air in a residential neighborhood. Without it or using Gen 2 or 3, we may not have been able to see him. Thanks SuperVision!”

Kansas Wildlife & Parks “I would recommend SuperVision to urban law enforcement agencies. The system works great for surveillance in town and the zoom is great. I believe it is also an excellent investment for the average consumer due to its functions and price.”

Zion Police Dept. “We have had a lot of fun w/the SuperVision unit. We have set up watching dope houses, and it gave us an eyeball on our snitch from a safe distance away. We have tried Gen 2+ but have found that SuperVision is 100% better. It gives us zoom capabilities and we didn’t get the blooming effect. Great product. Great price.”

Luna County Sheriff’s Dept “SuperVision’s digital zoom is great to standard Gen 3 night vision. Very easy to operate and work. The black and white screen is great. You don’t see any snow like most Gen 3 have.”

US Army Reserves, Iraq “As a reservist, the battalion I commanded was deployed to Iraq August 2006. The night vision product that was deployed for our use was the PVS-14 which is a generation 3 product. Supposed to be superior, and it was to the previous product we had been training with. While deployed in Iraq, my brother emailed me telling me about this Xenonics SuperVision product that he had used on a guided hunt in Alaska. I sent him some money and he bought me one directly from Xenonics, and sent it over to me. After I got it, I let some of the other patrols besides the ones I was in charge of use it, and within a day or two there were fights over who was going to get to go in the patrol group that was permitted to use my personal SuperVision NVD. We have just rotated home, and I conferred it upon the commander of the group replacing mine, and just received an email raving about this product.”

Barkley Regional Airport “… the unit has exceeded our expectations, a truly rare experience for us.”

North Las Vegas Police Dept. “SuperVision is an asset to any team that lacks night vision capability. Overall quality is very good and the unit operated without a problem during our test and evaluation period. Thanks for making night vision more affordable.”

Orange City Police Dept. “Overall, it is much better than other N.V. that's on the market. The simple fact that it has a zoom or zoom capabilities is a major plus. You can use it in an urban environment where headlights, street lights & signs are being used without a blooming effect. The clarity is much better than other night vision.”

Clayton Police Dept. “I would absolutely recommend the SuperVision Digital Night Vision system to any Law Enforcement Agency that is considering some type of night vision equipment. The system is easy to use, easy to operate. It offers a rechargeable battery, carrying case, compact size and seems to be very durable in its construction. Several of our officers tested the device and found it to be very useful and practical for it's size and shape.”

Lake Mary Police Dept. “The SuperVision night vision optics functioned very well in the city's urban environment. We have several large corporations and hotels which generate large amounts of ambient light. This makes conventional night vision optics difficult to use. I was impressed with the diverse applications the SuperVision digital night vision was able to accommodate.”

Maricopa County Sheriff “SuperVision worked as well and sometimes better than conventional night vision. The value and quality is a huge benefit compared with conventional night vision.”

Orange County Regional Narcotics Suppression “SuperVision provided excellent usability for end user and product performed as indicated in real life scenarios. The image brightness and clarity is excellent for a scope this size. In typical nighttime urban conditions, no detail was lost, even in the darkest shadows. No edge distortion like earlier scopes. SuperVision is compact & easy to use - simply outstanding. Side by side tests exceeded performance of other much more expensive equipment.”

Wichita Falls Police Dept. “Great product for Law Enforcement. Loved the magnification capabilities.”

Beaver City Police Dept. “Accurate identification of subject, weapons, and depth perception!”

Hermitage, PA, Fire Dept. “Excellent!”

Wayne Police Dept. “…this unit is well worth it. When working in the dark areas, it made the area appear like daylight!”

Hamilton County Sheriff “It is a well built device that is capable of low light deployments and is useful to personnel moving through darkness.”

Shelby County Sheriff “We used the device in several different situations, urban and rural. Most comments were about the black and white display which was well liked. We intend to purchase one or more of these items.”

South Carolina L.E. Division “Very good unit!”

Oakland County Sheriff “Excellent product”

Oxnard Police Dept. “This product is far superior than the other night vision systems that I have used. The fact that it is a hand held night vision system makes it really easy to take out in the field. I used the night vision to scout out several locations for search warrants. The clarity was excellent. The system makes it easy to identify suspects.”

Kenosha Police Dept. “I was in a cemetery looking for a suicidal subject with a gun and going to hang himself. I was able to search the area with confidence that the suspect was not in the area. It was later determined that he failed at his attempt to hang himself and fled the area to his residence. He was later picked up. With SuperVision I felt I had an advantage over the suspect.”

Evansville Police Dept. “This is the best night vision system I have used. The clarity and resolution is great. I believe this system is much more useful for urban law enforcement than Gen 3 night vision.”

Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office “Compact, lightweight, the zoom is a nice feature. Does not show light to the front. This product is ideal with minimum ambient light. Urban and moonlit nights make this the perfect tool for many problems.”

Paris Police Dept. “Excellent product. I would recommend to any military unit or law enforcement division.”

Pawnee Nation Police Dept. “Found SuperVision to be superior over other night vision products. The greatest advantage was being able to change setting to adjust to different light or dark conditions.”

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office “This product works very well in surveillance situations.”

Pomona Police Dept. “Excellent piece of equipment. The picture quality and zoom are great.”

Columbus Police Dept./SWAT “Easy to use. Functional. Compact.”

Carlsbad, CA, Police Dept. “You have an outstanding product.”
